April's Bible Club: Thursday January 26

Today April had her inaugural Bible club with the fourth graders. She prepared a lesson on Joseph, and had Kyle dress up in Joseph's "coat of many colors," better known as his tie-dye T-shirt. Michael and I played 2 guitars for Deep and Wide, Joy Joy Joy, and Every Move I make. The kids knew the words to "Every move I make"and "Joy," and they sang with such gusto! Jess helped out with crowd control, as this is the class that she's been teaching in and she knows all the kids.This club is an optional thing for the fourth graders during their break time, but every seat save one was filled. April gave them a long verse to memorize for next week, and we all had a good time.
