| Today I was able to get all of the Grade 5, 6, and 7 kids into the garden to plant beans seeds. The Grade 5 kids all wanted to mark their seed with something to indicate it was theirs, so we had a plethora of bamboo sticks, twigs, wild flowers, etc, decorating the row. Left to right in this picture: Kwena, Tshepo, King, and Themba. These are some of my wonderful Grade 5 boys. |

| Stembile, the Grade 6 girl on the left, was handing out a seed to each planter. Theo, the boy with the big bright smile next to Stembile, is one of my Grade 6 boys who loves to play guitar. |
